dude, its a free contry, i can put on pics of me if i want to... lol... plus they are on here so my friends from my old town that i used to live in and my boyfriend can see them! So sorry but to me and my friends this is like myspace! (Cause my gay ass dad wont let me get one!)

I have nothing against putting pictures of yourself up, but... It's an art website. It hurts me to see something with no artistic value up on the front page...

I guess it's a personal hangup of mine. Like I said, I don't mean to offend, but could you try to at least do something artistic?

I know the site doesn't have any specific rules about posting self-portraits, but not only will they look better, but they'd look more like they belong here rather than on myspace, if you actually looked around the net for tutorials on taking an artistic self-portrait.

I'm sorry your dad won't let you get a myspace though. You could try Flickr or Photobucket, both of those sites are much more open to the whole "Spontaneous photography" aspect.

Just trying to help, because you'll get a lot of messages from people saying somewhat the same thing.

Are they of myself standing in a mirror or holding the camera at a completely stupid angle?

And I find it funny how you just looked at the last two pictures I put up, which were just test photos I took.


This is a website for people who appreciate an artistic view on things, not for you to down on me for using my pets as subjects in my photography, while your gallery is full of things I would doodle on the back of a math exam.
